Hello! I'm Mrs. Amanda Sheets and this year I will be teaching Advanced Math Honors, Advanced Math Academic, and Algebra 1/Geometry. I am also the Christian Club advisor. Outside of school you can find me reading novels, creating scrapbooks, hunting, riding 4-wheelers, and attending HHS sporting events. I'm looking forward to another great year at Hughesville High School.
My educational background starts right here in the very classrooms you enter each day - I'm a proud graduate of Hughesville High School's Class of 2003! After leaving high school, I attended Misericrodia University and earned my Bachelors degree in Mathematics with a certification in Secondary Education in May 2007. This spring I will finish my Masters program in 21st Century Teaching and Learning at Wilkes University.
My husband and I will officially live in the Muncy School District when the house we are building is finished. We have 3 cats - Jasper, Srgt. Tibbs, and Cheese Puff.
The best way to contact me during the day is via email, however if you wish to speak with me by phone you can do so by calling the high school office between 3:00 and 3:30.
