I am Mrs. Katie Francis, and I teach English as a Second Language (ESL) for the East Lycoming School District. My role as the ESL teacher is to deliver English instruction to our ELL's (English Language Learners) in any grade level K-12, at their academic English level and also to provide support to teachers who have ELL's in their classrooms.
